I recently contacted your Dallas store in search of the Savannah collection by Munire Furniture. The representative I spoke with was Sherri. She was wonderful! Not only did she answer all of my questions, she made me feel so confident about my decision to purchase from your store. My husband and I drove from north Louisiana to Dallas to purchase our furniture and we were so fortunate it was in stock. It was so nice to meet Sherri in person! While in the store, Sherri also assisted us in our decision of the carseat/stroller system which best met our needs. My husband and I very much appreciated the superb service which we received and suggest that others visit your store also!

I want to thank the girls who helped me, in the Frisco store, on Friday. Two women (I failed to get their names) helped me select a sling. They were wonderful at helping me, but most importantly, they were so great with my 4 month old son! They held him while helping me fit a sling; they were so gentle with him while showing me how to use it. I cannot say enough about the service I received! Thank you so much! The entire staff seemed to be very knowledgeable and eager to assist, not just me, but I noticed it with all customers in the store at the time. Your customer service skills are over-the-top! I purchased nursery furniture from Linda in your North Richland Hills store. She was absolutely the best to work with. My Munire furniture had been delayed and she was right there with me the entire time. Always friendly and ready to help. The delivery/set up people, Dallas Moving & Storage, were also very friendly. They even helped me put a bedskirt on before they left. Top notch service all around. I couldn't be more pleased.

I recently visited the Dallas location, It was my first time visiting the store as well as shopping for furniture. I was helped by a young lady named Indie, she made me feel very comfortable in the store, she answered all of my questions, and she was also very patient with me. She was a very big help and I will be returning to Lonestar to see her again. Thanks Indie!
I just wanted to Thank You! I live in San Antonio and on my way up to visit family in Dallas I found out my furniture store went out of business. I spoke to Joyce at Lone Star and she found all my same furniture pieces in stock! Four days later my baby's room is all complete and just as I dreamed it would be. Just wanted to let you know about the exceptional service we received from the Internet Sales Department. We wanted the Chicco Travel System that was in the midts of coming back from a recall, and she really went the extra mile to make sure we got it before the baby came ( which we did). We will definitely shop Lone Star Baby & Kids again!
So often in life people are quick to complain but slow to praise, so I'm writing to you to make you aware of the sterling efforts Mr. Jeff Briggs went to to ensure a problem I had with a furniture order was resolved.
It's my view that a company can be best measured by how it reacts when something goes wrong, and I was frankly astonished at the professionalism of Mr. Briggs.
When our crib was delivered unfit for purpose he took personal ownership of the situation and moved heaven and earth to ensure a replacement was brought to us the very same morning.
I would like to commend him on his handling of the situation and let you know that as a result of this, Lone Star Baby & Kids now has a customer for life and one who will readily recommend the company to friends and family.
Indeeed Mr. Briggs isn't alone in being an exemplar of outstanding service. When we were buying our stroller from your North Richland Hills store, we had to leave before your associate Chris could fully explain the choices to us. We said we could return the following day and, to my amazement, his response was that it was his day off but he's come in anyway to help us. I insisted he shouldn't and we returned a few days later to complete the transaction. I neither expect nor require a reply to this letter. I just wanted you to be aware of my excellent experiences with your company and its' employees.

I cannot believe that we ordered this on Monday and it was delivered to Oklahoma City on TUESDAY! You are awesome! Do you have a catalog or anything???? I just wanted you to know that this particular travel system color scheme has been discontinued by the manufacturer and my pregnant daughter has been searching the internet in hopes of finding exactly what she wanted and, hail to the Lone Star State, you had it. It is probably one of the last ones out there. You have made a soon-to-be mother very happy - me too!

Recently my daughter and I visited Lone Star Baby & Kids to compare quality, selection and prices of baby furniture. We were helped by Kelly Wanzer. She did an outstanding job of listening, accessing our needs and wants and providing us with valuable information. As a result my daughter purchased all of her nursery furniture from your store and I bought a glider.
Kelly gave us a tour of the store and pointed out the features of all of the furniture we were considering. She obviously knew her stuff. She offered guidance based on her experience with the merchandise and other customers feedback. Her help was invaluable! As you are aware, preparing for a new baby can be overwhelming!
Not only did Kelly educate us, she provided us with excellent customer service in setting up the order and delivery schedule. She responded to several calls from my daughter and made last minute changes to the order. She was always available, cheerful and helpful.
I recently called your store for assistance with two Britax seats. Stephen took the call, answered all my questions and put the merchandise on hold for later pickup. When I arrived, I had a sick baby in the car asleep, a cast on my leg and a very short time before needing to be at another appointment.
Stephen took excellent care of me. I did not even have to get out of the car. He took down the necessary information and processed my transaction inside before delivering my two car seats to me in the parking lot. This is what I call customer service. If all companies had caring people like Stephen everyone's stress level would be greatly reduced. You are lucky to have one of those special people and I wanted to let you know.
The purpose of this summary is not to state a problem but to commend a job well done. I discovered Lone Star Baby & Kids after it was recommended to me coincidentally by a sales associate at a competing store. I was instantaneously delighted upon entering Lone Star Baby & Kids. The furniture the store was beautifully displayed and the variety was abundant. A closer inspection revealed quality and durability that I had not seen at other stores during my search for baby furniture.
Nina, my sales associate introduced herself and addressed every question I had. Her demeanor was such that I knew I could rely on her to accomplish whatever I had asked. She patiently waited as I pondered decisions and provided me feedback when necessary. It took me several visits to the store before actually reaching my final decision and although I did not speak with Nia on each occasion the other associates ensured I had everything I needed.
I purchased the entire Savannah Collection as a result of the great furniture selection and quality assistance provided. My entire buying experience and the level of service was excellent, one that I would recommend everyone have the opportunity to experience. Thanks Nia for your expert opinions and quality of service. Also thanks Chris for making my delivery timely which helped me maintain the secret of remodeling and designing the nursery that will be revealed to my wife on the day of her baby shower "The Big Reveal". I 'be included a few pictures to reflect my satisfaction.
I would just like to thank the girls and Steve at the Dallas store for being friendly, helpful and patient with me on Feb 18. I purchased my bedding there and will come back to purchase my furniture because of the service I received while in the store. Overall, I will recommend Lone Star Baby & Kids to everyone I know. I was personally referred by a friend as well. I have not been disappointed. Your prices are reasonable and if you find something at a lower price you will actually honor the lower price.

I wanted to take a moment to commend Tamra on her professionalism. We spoke twice on the phone and then she assisted us in the store when we purchased our furniture. She was so very friendly, helpful and professional each time. In a world where "service" is declining, our experience with Tamra was truly refreshing.
