Shipping & Delivery

All packages are shipped in the continental United States (lower 48) via UPS Ground. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will incur additional charges. All shipments require a delivery confirmation signature. If you require faster shipment, please contact online sales at (877) 707-2229 x107 for other shipping options.

Delivery Time

Once your order is received, order processing generally takes 1-2 days. You will receive notification of shipment with a UPS tracking number. UPS Ground Shipping is 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not ship products on weekends or holidays.

Item Availability

If an item is out of stock you will see a notification underneath the selected item on the product page. If there is any additional stock issue after the order is placed you will be notified by customer service providing an estimated shipping date.

Refusal of Delivery / Undeliverable

Packages refused for delivery or not deliverable (at UPSs discretion), the customer will be responsible for all actual shipping charges incurred by Lone Star Baby & Kids including charges incurred from Free Shipping Promotions. Once a package is received back in our warehouse either a credit will be applied to the original credit card less the actual shipping charges incurred by Lone Star Baby & Kids, and/or a 2nd shipping charge will be applied to reship the package.

UPS Re-routed Packages

Any packages rerouted because the customer provided an incorrect shipping address, changed the shipping address or any other reason that causes UPS to reroute the package, will incur additional shipping charges. Lone Star Baby & Kids will immediately charge the customer for any additional shipping charges incurred because of these reasons. If you need a package shipped to an address different than the address entered on the order, please contact us prior to processing your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address.

Privacy & Security

When you place your order, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date and the CVV Number on the back of your credit card. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your requests, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. We do not share or sell your private information with any third party.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, you may return it to us using the following procedure:

  • Contact Customer Service via e-mail (sales@LoneStarBaby.com) or by phone 877-707-2229 ext. 107 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA) to allow us to track your return.
  • Write the RA Number on the Return Shipping Label that accompanies your return.

Please note that all returned merchandise must be intact, new and unused in its original packaging with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. New and unused means it must be in saleable condition, not used, dirty or washed. We will not issue refunds for any item that is not resalable. In addition, personalized items such as breast pumps, breast feeding accessories, undergarments, feeding accessories, bottles, potty seats, thermometers, diapers and related supplies, etc. can never be returned if the seal is broken on the package. In addition, shipping charges cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs and the original shipping charges including all Free Shipping offers are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective (Please see our policy regarding damaged or defective items). Lone Star Baby & Kids (www.LoneStarBaby.com) is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please note we have the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned items.

Damaged Merchandise

Packages unfortunately get damaged in transit so please make every effort to inspect your package prior to acceptance from the delivery service. If your package has visible exterior damage, please note all damage on the shipping document you are required to sign at the time of delivery. If the item is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. If possible, we will replace the broken parts or ship out a new item at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to have the following information available: model number, serial number, part number and date of manufacture. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible.

Defective Merchandise

For items that are found defective 30 days after the date of purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information. We are not able to replace defective items 30 days after the date of purchase.

Special Order Return Policy

Items that are not normally stocked are considered Special Order. These items are ordered based upon the customer's request are therefore are not returnable to the manufacturer. All returns and cancellations of Special Order Items are subject to a minimum 25% Restocking Fee, no exceptions. In order to avoid this restocking fee, your order must be canceled with us prior to our placing your order with the manufacturer. In addition, shipping charges cannot be refunded, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service where you can track and/or insure your order to ensure proper return delivery. Lone Star Baby & Kids (www.LoneStarBaby.com) is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We will match any merchant's advertised price for any identical in stock item, plus take an additional 10% of the price difference. This offer is good before your purchase and up to 14 days after. For furniture purchases this price guarantee applies only to local area merchants. In addition, this price guarantee does not apply to manufacturer's rebates, dealers' going out of business sales, floor sample merchandise, clearance or discontinued items. Verifiable proof is required in all cases. On-line price matches must include the cost of all items to be purchased, plus any additional fees including but not limited to shipping fees, delivery and/or assembly.

Policies

Financing Policy

For those customers interested in financing their purchases, we offer a couple of different Financing Options. We offer financing through Wells Fargo Private Label Credit Card Program. We currently offer 6 Months Financing with monthly minimum payments for all purchases. Request a Financing Application from one of our Sales Associates.

Layaway Policy

We offer the option of putting your merchandise on layaway for up to 9 months, without interest. All we require is a 50% down payment when you place your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full at pick-up or 7 business days prior to a scheduled delivery.

Special Orders

We will be happy to place a "Special Order" with our vendors for items that we do not stock. For this service we require a 50% payment at the time the order is placed and the balance paid in full when the merchandise arrives at our warehouse. Please note that Special Orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Twins Policy

For those who need two or more of everything, we offer an additional 10% off our Every Day Low Price of the second or more duplicated items. Please note that items on clearance do not apply. Also do to some manufacturer's minimum pricing guidelines, restrictions may apply.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available on-line and in store and are redeemable at any of our Dallas / Fort Worth store locations.

Sales Tax

By law we are required to collect the appropriate Texas State and local taxes for all orders delivered to a Texas address. Texas also requires us to charge tax on the shipping charges incurred. All deliveries to states outside Texas will not be charged Sales Tax.
